What platforms can I connect Get Reviews with?
Get reviews connects with Facebook and Google, but you can select many others such as TripAdvisor, Yelp, and Trustpilot.
What happens if I get a bad review?
When customers click on the review link, they’ll be prompted to rate their experience from 1 to 5 stars. Positive ratings redirect them to platforms like Google or Facebook to leave a public review, while negative ratings direct them to a private feedback form.
If customers give you only 2 stars, for example, they are sent to a page where they can leave private feedback for you - protecting your online reputation by filtering out unhappy reviews.
How do I send out the link to Get Reviews?
Before you can get reviews, you obviously need to send this review link to customers.
The link can be sent out by having a printed QR code on your window, where customers can easily see it. You can also send review campaigns directly from your software via WhatsApp, email or SMS. Simply update your contact list with all the names and the phone numbers of customers as they purchase your product or service.
You can personalise the template for your SMS, you can edit the sender, message and review link. You can also trigger reminders after 3 days or 7 days
How can I check my reviews?
You can view all reviews on your Get Reviews dashboard. You can monitor all the private feedback as well as public reviews from the likes of Google and Facebook. To reply to reviews simply click ‘reply’ and either add a custom reply or generate one using the built in AI tool.
Can I add my reviews to my website?
Want to share reviews on your website? Easy. Go to the widget section on your Get Reviews Dashboard. We have the carousel, which is this slider element; the feed widget, which is this vertical element; and the video testimonial widget. You also have a pop-up widget; which is this simple pop-up that appears every 20 seconds in the bottom left of the screen; and a badge widget, which is this stick element that stays on the right side of the screen. All you need to do is copy and paste an HTML element into your website.
